    A small number of lots are available in this completely developed resort. Check below for available locations. If you would like to become a part of this unique community, you need to know the following:

    1. Yearly Property Owner's Association fees are currently $3000 per year.

    2. Each lot owner is charged for electricity.  Water and sewer are paid by the POA.

    3. Minimum coach requirements are: Diesel Class A motorhome at least 35' in length.
