1900's.

The restored farm house is complete with four stone fireplaces, pine floors and great porches. It was carefully rebuilt to maintain its character. |

In the
late 90's, a lake was dug and the farm was converted to a motorcoach
resort.
Covering nearly 2.5 acres,
the lake is owned by the Apple Valley Farm lot owners for their enjoyment. If you want a bigger lake, within
a few miles is Lake Lure which has 27 miles of shoreline. |
